The China Energy Report CD-ROM is an interactive marketing research tool that consists of four main elements:

1. An OUTLOOK AND MARKET FORECAST REPORT was created exclusively for this CD-ROM, with information about the future of the power generation, transmission, distribution, finance and oil/gas sectors in China. Useful graphs and charts are included in the appendix section.

2. The KEYWORD SEARCH DATABASE is the core of this product, providing a searchable archive from 1996-1998. This database can be viewed using Microsoft Access 97/2000 software. The database is recommended for finding specific information reported in The China Energy Report.

3. INTERACTIVE ARCHIVE OF BACK ISSUES. Reports are provided in their original format in Adobe Acrobat 4.0 The Archive of Reports is a useful reference tool and companion to the interactive database. Please note the interactive functions will not work with previous viewers, such as Adobe Acrobat 3.0 or 2.0. A copy of the Acrobat 4.0 viewer is included with the software and can be installed directly.

4. A CONTACTS DIRECTORY includes, where available, any reported information on companies involved in joint ventures or responsible for government bids and procurement contracts.
